"Ultra precision laser welding technology and equipment for optoelectronic devices" was launched
on September 24, the 2017 national key research and development plan "additive manufacturing and laser manufacturing" special project "ultra precision laser welding technology and equipment for optoelectronic devices" kick-off meeting and project implementation scheme demonstration meeting led by Central South University was held in Changsha. the project aims at the major national needs for the manufacturing of optoelectronic devices such as optical communication lasers, organic light-emitting displays and satellite collimators, and plans to overcome the bottleneck of its ultra precision laser welding manufacturing technology and develop multiple sets of ultra precision laser welding equipment. The implementation and promotion of the R & D technology of the project will promote the development of ultra precision welding manufacturing technology of optoelectronic devices in China. The project is jointly implemented by Han's Laser Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd., Beijing University of technology, Hunan University, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology, Wuhan OPTEC Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing satellite manufacturing plant and other seven domestic advantageous units. The total project cost is 73.11 million yuan, of which 28.11 million yuan is required for sustainable development
project experts demonstrated the project implementation plan. Duan Ji'an, the project leader, made a detailed report on the research background and objectives of the project, the project implementation plan, the implementation management plan, and the fund management system. The project leaders Duan Ji'an, Xiao Rongshi and Zhu Baohua respectively made a report on the implementation plan of the project with a national technology center. The participating experts and relevant management departments discussed and demonstrated one by one, and formed the demonstration opinions of the project implementation plan. The project team further revised and improved the implementation plan according to expert opinions
